As part of a respected network of aviation professionals with established offices in London and Miami, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth by brokering private jet charter flights and leveraging your industry expertise.
We’re looking for driven, proactive individuals with experience ranging from a minimum of 2 years in charter brokering to senior brokers with deep industry knowledge. This role suits those who thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment, working closely with a talented team in our London office. While a strong in-office presence is required (4 days per week), you’ll also enjoy the flexibility of working remotely one day each week. Requirements
- Industry Experience: A minimum of 2+ years in the private jet or aviation industry, with opportunities available for both mid-level and senior brokers.
- CRM Expertise: Proven experience using CRM systems, with a strong understanding of their importance in managing client relationships and sales processes. Commitment to regularly updating and maintaining CRM records.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Commitment to OOH Work: Willingness to work outside regular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the demands of the industry.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated success in sales and negotiation.
Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and secure new private jet charter clients through a mix of inbound lead management and targeted outbound efforts, including email, WhatsApp, iMessage, and calls.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring Global Charter remains their preferred supplier.
- Account Management: Oversee and manage key accounts to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- CRM Activities: Regularly update and maintain the company CRM system (Integral) to optimise sales processes and client management.
