Job Description:
As an Executive Assistant at GC, your primary responsibility will be to assist the CEO and the Operations Manager in their daily activities and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Offer vital support to the CEO by managing schedules, preparing reports, and facilitating smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Operations Manager Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager on a variety of tasks, helping to ensure the smooth running of the company's operations.
- Broker Support: Assist our team of brokers in the UK and the US, alleviating their administrative burden so they can focus on more strategic aspects of their roles.
- Campaign Management: Support the execution of monthly mailing campaigns, with copy supplied by GC.
- CRM Assistance: Aid in the upkeep of our company CRM under the supervision of our CRM Lead, contributing to the accuracy and effectiveness of our data.
- Absence Management: Assist in the administration of sick days and annual leave days, maintaining accurate records.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a PA role, ideally 2+
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information
Work Schedule: The role will require you to work from our London HQ from Monday to Wednesday, with the option to work remotely on Thursdays and Fridays.
