Broker Support Assistant

We are now seeking an exceptionally organized, tech-savvy Broker Support Assistant to bolster our dedicated team. In this role, you will be working closely with our brokers, providing the necessary support for them to deliver a seamless service to our clients.
Job Description: As a Broker Support Assistant at GC, you will be primarily tasked with aiding our brokers in their day-to-day activities, and facilitating smooth and efficient operations. This role is pivotal in freeing up our brokers' time, allowing them to focus on the strategic elements of their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Broker Support: You will be the right hand of our team of brokers in the UK and the US, assisting with their administrative needs and ensuring the smooth execution of their duties.
- Operator and Airport Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact with operators, airports, and FBOs, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made and any issues are resolved promptly.
- Catering and Ground Transportation: Be responsible for arranging catering and ground transportation for our clients, ensuring their specific needs and expectations are met.
- CRM Assistance: Contribute to the upkeep and effectiveness of our company CRM under the supervision of our CRM Lead. This includes maintaining accurate data and records.
Skills and Qualifications: At least a year of experience in a similar support role, ideally 2+• Exceptional organizational skills, able to handle pressure and meet deadlines• Strong technical abilities, proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM software• Some knowledge of the aviation industry would be advantageous but not essential• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Discretion when handling confidential information
Work Schedule: This role will require you to work from our London HQ from Monday to Wednesday, with the option to work remotely on Thursdays and Fridays. Applicants based in the US are also welcome and would be fully remote.
