Global Charter is seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our team in the Miami office. We are a team of international aviation experts with offices in Miami, London, Los Angeles, and Toronto. This role will focus on driving the growth of the business by brokering Executive Jet charter flights to high-net-worth individuals and companies.

As a hybrid position, you’ll enjoy a flexible work environment, with regular office time in Miami and the opportunity to work independently from home. A strong self-starter mentality and the ability to manage your time efficiently are essential for success in this role. We are looking for motivated individuals who can proactively pursue sales and apply new business strategies over time.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to work outside regular office hours (including weekends)
  • Several years of sales experience

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and secure new private jet charter clients through inbound leads, cold calls, email marketing, networking, and sales meetings
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure Global Charter remains their preferred supplier
  • Manage key accounts for Global Charter
  • Regularly update and maintain the company’s CRM system (Integral)
  • Oversee the entire charter process from inquiry to quoting, contract negotiation, and flight management
